With regrets we must announce that the 14th annual Spirit-catcher regatta
held at Barrie Yacht Club (Sept 8/9), has been suspended/cancelled for this
year.


This decision was reached after careful consideration on many factors, which
we need not go into at this time.


We dearly appreciate the support and participation that we have enjoyed from
you over the past 13 years.  And I would stress that we intend to bring the
event back in 2002.
