SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT

• Upgrade and install multi-user operating systems, develop contingencies to ensure ongoing system performance and stable platforms.

• Designed custom databases and user-friendly programs for non-computer personnel to manage data and streamline office operations.

• Designed general subroutines for multiple use that were stored in a library for future applications programming.

OPERATIONS

• Provided service for users including: solving problems; instruction on program usage; advising on solutions available; identifying and removing viruses; repairing equipment malfunctions; and arranging service calls for major repairs.
